Counselling and equine-facilitated psychotherapy are proven ways of understanding and coping with difficult feelings and times in your life. Working with me as a professional therapist can help you to improve the way you feel about yourself, your relationships with others, and your overall mental health and wellbeing. There is no problem too big or small for talking therapy – I know it can be transformational.
What to Expect?
You can expect to be listened to in a friendly, supportive, and confidential relationship. Therapy may be difficult, uncomfortable and challenging at times but you can set the pace and lead the process as we progress our work together.
I am fully qualified as a psychodynamic psychotherapeutic counsellor. I have trained as a Cruse Bereavement Counsellor. I am also qualified in equine-facilitated psychotherapy (EFP), which means therapy for humans with horses.
